Participate

1. Read the contest rules.
   When you participate, you implicitly agree with the conditions stated in these rules.
2. You can no longer register(deadline was 30 June 2024)
3. If the subtitles are not "embedded", send the subtitle file (.srt-file) to contest@holebikort.be.
4. Also immediately send a Clean Copy, which will be used later to place Dutch subtitles.
5. If we have further questions, you will be contacted by one of our staff members.
6. Once the registration is complete, you will receive an email confirmation.
7. In September the nominees will be announced.
8. In November the winner will be selected.

Contest Calendar

1 April 2024	Contest open for registration  Start of the registration period and kick-off of the promotion campaign
30 June 2024	Submission deadline  The short film and related material must be in our possession at the latest on this day
20 September 2024	Nominees  The nominated films to be screened during the award ceremony will be announced
5 November 2024	Award ceremony  The nominees will be presented and the audience will choose the winner of Holebikort 2024.
